No formal education requirement. 02 / The working day ## How the crew will work. A three-person crew with clear responsibilities, once these roles are filled. Tyler Fowler handles estimates, scheduling, customer commitments, spraying, and final quality control. 1. Prep and protect. The lead will organize the day’s agreed work. The crew will sand, mask, protect the home, and get surfaces ready. 2. Preparation checks and spraying. Tyler checks the preparation before finishing, handles the spraying, and owns the final quality check. 3. Finish clean. Get the next job ready.
