A trained W-2 employee may handle defined production steps, and a licensed trade-partner business may handle a clearly disclosed separate trade scope. I remain accountable for every Parallel Painting project—no mystery crews and no handoff without quality control.
Designer wallpaper installation, Italian 2K spray decisions, and final acceptance stay under my direct control. Parallel Painting is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (#1015608) and has served the Temecula Valley and Coachella Valley since 2016.
