1. Send a few photos
Send photos of all sides, interior shots, and close-ups of any damage or hardware so Tyler can assess the project.
2. Assessment and written quote
An in-person assessment confirms the scope before the fixed written quote. At the assessment, Tyler counts every door and drawer front, checks the frames and hinges, and pushes on the interior panels to make sure the cabinets are solid enough to hold a finish. Anything refinishing can't fix, like swollen particleboard, active moisture or loose laminate, is pointed out before the written quote is finalized.
3. Review the scope and the written warranty
The 5-year written warranty: if the finish chips, peels, or blisters because of faulty prep, Tyler repairs the covered preparation failure; customers pay for repair materials.
4. Schedule
Scheduling follows the written quote and agreed scope. Most kitchens take two to three weeks, start to finish. Only about a week of that is work in your home; the doors and drawer fronts are finished in the shop.
