When you submit a project form, we collect contact details, project location and scope, timing, source-attribution information, and any notes you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate about requested or scheduled work.
Applicant and Trade-Partner Information
When you submit an employee application, we collect the contact, experience, skills, availability, travel, work-authorization, desired-pay, and work-example information you provide. When a licensed trade partner applies, we also collect company details, trade and CSLB information, license and insurance status, workers’ compensation status, crew size, capabilities, availability, project fit, and work examples.
We use this information to review role or partner fit, prepare an internal application summary, conduct human follow-up, verify business credentials and references when appropriate, and maintain recruiting records. Any internal recommendation is advisory; a person makes the decision about whether to continue. City, ZIP, and travel logistics are used for human commute and service-area follow-up only; they are not used as an automatic scoring or rejection factor.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, banking information, tax forms, medical information, or other sensitive onboarding records through these website forms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for the project, application, or trade-partner purpose for which you submitted it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Application Communications
If you check the required consent box on an employee or trade-partner form, you agree that Parallel Painting may contact you one-to-one about that application using the contact information and method you selected. Submission does not promise an interview, assignment, offer, or reply.
SMS Consent and Mobile Information
If you choose to check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive one-to-one text messages from Parallel Painting about the specific cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing inquiry you submitted. These messages may include an acknowledgment of your request, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmation, and follow-up on a quote already provided.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
