I run Parallel Painting because I saw too many homeowners getting burned by sloppy work and vague pricing. This is an owner-operated company — I am personally on every single job from the initial walkthrough to the final inspection. No project managers, no subcontractors, no surprises.

We specialize in cabinet refinishing. Parallel Painting's cabinet-finishing process uses a two-component (2K) polyurethane system. No finish is immune to wear.

Every cabinet project goes through our controlled process: HEPA-vacuumed prep, sealed negative-pressure containment in your home, professional HVLP spray application, grain filling on oak when you choose it, and multiple coats including primer. Turnaround depends on the size and scope of your kitchen. We handle everything — from removing doors and hardware to the final reinstallation and alignment. You get a durable, refinished kitchen without replacing a single cabinet.

I live in Anza, a small mountain community east of Temecula. The sealed containment environment is something I take seriously. When you compare contractors, ask each one how they contain dust and overspray. I build floor-to-ceiling plastic barrier walls and establish a sealed, negative-pressure work area before any sanding starts — plastic barriers, negative air pressure, a filtered exhaust fan venting outside — and keep it sealed through spraying, with every sander on a HEPA vacuum. Source extraction, containment, and detailed cleanup work together to control dust, and that setup is part of a careful, professional refinish.

Every cabinet refinishing project comes with a 5-year written warranty. I stand behind my work in writing: if the finish chips, peels, or blisters because of faulty prep within five years, I come back and repair it.
