I’m hiring an experienced prep lead and a production helper to build a steady three-person crew.

Lead $26–32 · Helper $22–26/hour W-2 · 40 hours, Monday–Friday

Based physically in Anza, California. Report to the Anza shop or the scheduled job. Field work includes the Temecula Valley and Coachella Valley corridors. This is not a remote position.

I retain spraying, estimates, scheduling, customer commitments, and final quality control. Relevant hands-on experience can come from painting, auto-body, woodworking or cabinets, other construction, or other hands-on work. No formal education requirement.

The lead demonstrates independent prep judgment. The helper demonstrates care, following instructions, and improvement after a correction.

Any practical assessment is paid, supervised, and uses practice materials. It is not a free production shift or a promise of an offer.

Location and schedule

40 hours, Monday–Friday. Reporting location varies with the scheduled job: Anza shop and scheduled jobs in the Temecula Valley and Coachella Valley corridors. Use “Need to discuss” to talk through logistics.
