Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Parallel Painting (CSLB #1015608), operated by Tyler Fowler, based in Anza, CA.

Service Agreement

All work is performed pursuant to a written estimate accepted by the client. The written estimate constitutes the service agreement and specifies scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. No work will begin without a signed estimate.

Payment Terms

For a California home-improvement contract, any initial down payment may not exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less, unless a verified lawful exception applies. The exact payment schedule appears in the written contract.

Warranty

Parallel Painting provides a five-year written warranty on cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting work. The warranty terms are part of the written contract; ask to review the current written terms. Warranty questions may be directed to [email protected].

Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including any notice period and how a deposit is handled, are specified in the written estimate accepted by the client.

SMS Messaging Terms

End users opt in to SMS messages by visiting https://parallel-painting.com/contact, filling out the Parallel Painting contact form for a cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing quote, and choosing to check the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.

By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from Parallel Painting about your cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing inquiry at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This is a consumer-initiated one-to-one response flow. There is no recurring subscription and no unrelated promotional messaging. Messages may include an acknowledgment of your inquiry, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmation, and follow-up on a quote already provided.

Limitation of Liability

Parallel Painting's liability is limited to the value of the project as stated in the signed estimate. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
