These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Parallel Painting (CSLB #1015608), operated by Tyler Fowler, based in Anza, CA.

Service Agreement

All work is performed pursuant to a written estimate accepted by the client. The written estimate constitutes the service agreement and specifies scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. No work will begin without a signed estimate.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the project total is due prior to the start of work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client walkthrough. Payment is accepted via check, Zelle, or Venmo.

Warranty

Parallel Painting provides a 5-year written warranty on all cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting work covering materials and workmanship. The warranty covers defects in the finish including peeling, delamination, and premature failure not caused by client misuse, water damage, or improper cleaning products. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start date with full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit to cover material and scheduling costs.

SMS Messaging Terms

End users opt in to SMS messages by visiting https://parallel-painting.com/contact, filling out the Parallel Painting contact form for a cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing quote, and choosing to check the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.

By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from Parallel Painting about your cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing inquiry at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This is a consumer-initiated one-to-one response flow. There is no recurring subscription and no unrelated promotional messaging. Messages may include an acknowledgment of your inquiry, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmation, and follow-up on a quote already provided.

Limitation of Liability

Parallel Painting's liability is limited to the value of the project as stated in the signed estimate. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
