Experienced Prep Lead

$26–32 / hour

Organize preparation, inspect the work, and keep a production helper moving while I handle estimates.

  • Plan prep and protection before work starts.
  • Inspect sanding, masking, patching, and surface readiness.
  • Check the helper’s work and communicate problems before coating.
  • Keep occupied homes protected and work areas clean.

Production Helper

Support careful production through sanding, masking, protection, material handling, and cleanup.

  • Sand and prepare practice and production surfaces with instruction.
  • Mask carefully and protect floors, furniture, and work areas.
  • Handle materials and keep the job organized.
  • Follow directions, ask when unsure, and improve after a correction.

Who fitsYou’re dependable, careful in someone’s home, and willing to follow directions and learn from a correction. Spray experience isn’t required.

02 / The working day

How the crew works.

A three-person crew with clear responsibilities. I handle estimates, scheduling, customer commitments, spraying, and final quality control.

  1. Prep and protect.

    The lead organizes the day’s agreed work. The crew sands, masks, protects the home, and gets surfaces ready.

  2. I check. I spray.

    I check the preparation before finishing, handle the spraying, and own the final quality check.

  3. Finish clean. Get the next job ready.

    The crew handles cleanup and reassembly when the coating and task allow, then prepares the next approved work area or job.

Based in Anza. Shop and field work.
